品牌故事
Philip Kingsley is the founder of the Trichological Clinics in London’s Mayfair and Harrods, and in New York. A Fellow and past Chairman of the Institute of Trichologists, a practising trichologist for more than 50 years, he has collaborated on several published research papers both in the UK and the United States, with specialists from many disciplines including dermatology and endocrinology. He has published three books on the subject of hair and scalp care.
As Chairman of the Institute of Trichologists he worked to raise standards of education and professionalism. The New York Times has called him ’The Hair Guru’, US Vogue - ’The Hair Wizard’ and the Sunday Times - ’The Hair Doctor’.
He is still very active as a consultant and researcher, writes regularly in advice columns for newspapers and magazines, and is widely recognised as a leading world authority on hair care. It was Philip Kingsley who coined the phrases 'bad hair day' and, more recently, 'happy hair day'.
His internationally famous clinics in London and New York have created precise hair and scalp products for many people in the public eye, including Audrey Hepburn, Kate Winslet, Candice Bergen, Cher, Jerry Hall, Barbra Streisand, Sigourney Weaver, Kirsten Dunst and Renee Zellwegger.
The retail products now available are based on Philip Kingsley’s 50 years of expertise and the experience of the countless number of people who have used his products over and over again.
Whether in or out of the public eye, Philip Kingsley products are developed for a common purpose: healthy, beautiful hair.
